Acts 2:42 Groups

The mission of Acts 2:42 gatherings is to build community in the body of Grace Community Church through fellowship and sharing a meal together, allowing people to get to know others and to be known.
NEW AT GRACE: ACTS 2:42
“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to the fellowship, to breaking of bread and to prayer.” Acts 2:42
We often hear that people don’t feel connected to each other at Grace — that it’s hard to get to know other people, and to be known by them. So to help us better connect with one another, we’re launching Acts 2:42 groups. We’ll meet in homes, share potluck dinners and get to know each other in smaller, more casual environments, within these Acts 2:42 groups.
We’ve divided the church into 27 groups, by zip code, and each group will meet quarterly. If you’re a Covenantor, or you attend Grace regularly, you’ll receive a call about this new ministry, which begins the week of January 20th.
Our desire for Acts 2:42 is to provide a way for us to connect with and get to know our neighbors who also attend Grace. We’re excited about this new ministry and we pray that it will bless all those who are involved.
Please check the Acts 2:42 bulletin board in the hallway outside the sanctuary for a complete list of groups. To find out more, contact Lisa Kody by phone (336-379-1936, ext. 105) or email.
