Mark your calendars: VBS is coming to Grace June 23rd through 27th, 2008! It will take place from 9:00 - 12:15 each day. Volunteer registration begins April 13th and kids can register starting on May 18th. Planning and decorating dates will follow, but for now PLAN for this wonderful week.
Reminder: Grace Place Children’s Church for 3rd-5th graders has moved to 9:25. Remember to return your Boys/Girls Club forms and bring your bag of candy ASAP. Hosts needed.
Do you shop at Family Christian Stores? Please request Ministry Builder Stamps for your purchases and place in Kristal Cloer’s mailbox at the end of the hall. We will use to “purchase” free curriculum.
Praise the Lord for His faithfulness to our children: The 5-year old /Kindergarten Sunday School class at 11 a.m. will re-open January 6th, with Erin Clark teaching from Faithweaver curriculum, each Sunday. Helpers needed on 2nd and 4th Sundays each month. Mark your action box HELPER for more info.
Remind your child’s teacher that Christmas is really about the birth of Jesus by giving him/her a beautiful card published by “Gateways for Better Education.” These cards will provide public school teachers with lesson plan ideas that both clearly teach the historical significance of Christ’s birth and are constitutionally sound and protected. These cards are on sale today for only $2 each at the Welcome Center Table.
