The Sanctuary will be set up with four designated stations for Confession, Praise, Requests, and Meditation. Our focus this month will be Worshiping the Father and this will be reflected in the station for Praise with scriptural references of God. The Sanctuary will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. We look forward to seeing you on this special day.

We are designating Friday, June 20th as our Prayer Day for this month. Due to Vacation Bible School set-up in the sanctuary, we are unable to have Prayer Day on-site as usual and we are asking you to pray with us wherever you will be. Our focus this month will be Vacation Bible School, which begins on Monday, June 23rd.

The Apologetics Sunday School class will be starting a new study Sunday, June 22nd at 9:25 a.m. in Room 202 in the main building. Over the weeks we will cover topics such as:

  • Truth is knowable
  • A theistic God exists
  • Miracles are possible
  • The New Testament is historically reliable
  • Jesus claimed to be God
  • Jesus’ claim was confirmed
  • The Bible is the Word of God

We will be using the book “I Don’t Have Enough Faith to Be an Atheist,” by Norman Geisler and Frank Turek, so please purchase a copy if you plan to join the class. Notes for the class are available for $3.00 per copy.

How can a good God order the dispossessing and annihilation of these people including women and children? This issue has been the basis for some people’s rejection of the Bible. We must address this in studying the Book of Judges.
