I found out after the second service on Sunday that the scripture passages (NIV) displayed on the screen were from a different version than what I was reading (NASB); I apologize for any confusion.

This week I’ve linked a blog post, “Shepherding to Truth 01″, from The Village Church’s Blog, Matt Chandler, Senior Pastor. Our goal is to see people mature in Christ; we do this by proclaiming Christ, admonishing everyone, and teaching every person with all wisdom. I like this blog post because it reminds us to do these things in love, humility, gentleness, and patience.
